Unforgettable hotel where a savoury and tasty breakfast was served. The room was functional and modern, I had a living room and free WiFi. Everything was perfect, the staff were super-friendly and extremely polite. The location was good and absolutely perfect, near to a beautiful beach, and my bed was very comfy. It was also just next door to tourist spots and everything-cutlery, condiments, food, napkins. The food in the pool area was reasonably priced and fab.

It was a quiet and relaxing hotel in a really quiet area. Our room was silent with a living room and complimentary WiFi. Savoury and tasty breakfast for all tastes, served in the pool area.

Unforgettable and exceptionally clean hotel, great views of the ocean. Recently refurbished and well-equipped room with standard decor. The staff was reasonably good and decent and the restaurant served nice meals. Excellent and unbeatable location, in front of the sea. Just next door to 10/15min taxi, lower areas of walls and the beach about 5km from Hoi An Ancient Town. Great way to end our holiday.

My room was silent and new-fashioned and the view was nice. Superfriendly staff did a great job. The pool was great and I had cool drinks in the pool bar. Besides, I parked onsite. The location turned out to be particularly good and stunning. It was about 30 km from the airport.

It was an unforgettable hotel with silent rooms. The restaurant here was amazing for easy meals, we both ordered hot dishes. The location was good and stunning, the stuff was outstandingly accommodating. The view was great, the service was excellent. You guys made our stay real good.

All the staff members are excellent and brilliantly friendly. The food is outstanding with lots of options, including cereal, hot waffles, fruit and eggs.

Excellent location, stunning sea views. Efficiently upgraded to a sea view room on the 1st floor. Attentive and friendly breakfast hostess. Vegetarian options provided. Staff went above and beyond.

After 7 hotels ( mainly 3 star) in se Asia - this 4 star was the dud - The Booked.net page claims Air-conditioned rooms at Hoi An Agribank feature Wi-Fi access, satellite tv and an in-room safe and Free! Wi-fi is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge -This is not true - wifi is only avaiable in reception -and so poor you cant make a skype call and in some vip rooms. The hotel manager never made himself available to discuss my concerns. In addition when I arrived a breakfast plate, dish and bowl were outside neighbours door - when I left 3 days later they were still there - though the food was gone - probably eaten by insects. All the 3 star hotels were clean in the room - this 4 star had mould on the bathroom tiles and the bedroom paint work. .
